Job Description Act as the main point of contact for ER related queries.
Provide advice and guidance on ER issues to the HR team and line managers.
Assist in the development of ER strategies and policies.
Manage and resolve employee relations issues.
Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Work closely with legal counsel to address and mitigate employment-related legal risks.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees.
Provide training to line managers on ER related issues.
The Successful Applicant A successful ER Advisor will demonstrate: Previous experience in a similar ER role within the Transport & Distribution industry.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best practice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively manage and resolve ER issues.
