About the Role
We are incentivising health workers to move to Darling Downs Health, to take up a job in regional and remote Queensland. To find our if you are eligible to receive a payment of up to $20,000,, payments commence 1 July 2023.
You will work in a multidisciplinary team to help deliver high quality inpatient and/or outpatient services within the Admission, Discharge and Transit Ward (ADTW) to assist with hospital avoidance and Hospital in The Home (HITH) for subacute care. You will value difference and collaborate, expertly balancing the needs of all stakeholders and service delivery outcomes.
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $336965 (L17) comprising salary rates between $87.25 (L13) and $100.78 p.h. (L18), motor vehicle allowance, professional development allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., regional attraction allowance, locality allowance, professional indemnity cover and private practice arrangements. Superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) will be applied additionally to the total remuneration value.
