Job Title: Administration Coordinator
Location: Brisbane QLD
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Administration Coordinator to join our team at the Royal Flying Doctor Service. This is a permanent, part-time position that offers flexibility to work within school hours and the option to work from home two days per week.
About the Role:
* BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CANDIDATES, HIRING MANAGERS, AND INTERNAL TEAMS, PROVIDING EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGHOUT THE RECRUITMENT AND ONBOARDING JOURNEY.
* RESPOND TO CANDIDATE AND INTERNAL QUERIES IN A TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER, ESCALATING ISSUES WHERE NECESSARY.
* CONDUCT SCREENING SERVICES, INCLUDING PHONE INTERVIEWS AND REFERENCE CHECKS, TO ASSIST THE RECRUITMENT TEAM IN EVALUATING POTENTIAL CANDIDATES.
* SCHEDULE INTERVIEWS WITH CANDIDATES AND PANEL MEMBERS, ENSURING A SEAMLESS PROCESS FROM START TO FINISH.
* COLLECT CANDIDATE DOCUMENTATION ALIGNED TO SELECTION CRITERIA AND ROLE REQUIREMENTS, INCLUDING COMPLIANCE DOCUMENTATION, WHILE SUPPORTING THE CREDENTIALING PROCESS FOR CLINICAL CANDIDATES.
* COORDINATE PRE-EMPLOYMENT AND ONBOARDING PROCESSES FOR NEW EMPLOYEES, ENSURING ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION AND COMPLIANCE STEPS ARE COMPLETED.
* Maintain accurate records within our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring privacy and confidentiality standards are met.
* WORK CLOSELY WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS, SUCH AS DIGITAL & TECHNOLOGY AND CREDENTIALING, TO SUPPORT NEW EMPLOYEE ONBOARDING.
