About the Company
Frontline Human Resources are a national agency with over 20 years of specialised experience in electrical and plumbing apprenticeships. Since 2001 we have hired and trained over 2,000 apprentices, matching them with work placements and companies large and small. Currently we employ over 200 apprentices across Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide. FHR is highly regarded for producing some of the best and most highly skilled apprentices in Australia.
About the role
FHR hires you, as a full-time employee and we place you out for your practical experience with our clients. We register your training contract and support you while you study at your registered training organisation.

Duties
* Perform routine welding using multiple techniques
* Carry out mechanical cutting and grinding
* General labouring
* Examine detailed drawings or specifications to find out job, material and equipment requirements
* Cut, roll, shape, bend, mould, spin, heat or hammer metal products to fabricate parts or sub-assemblies
* Heat treat metal parts and components
* Set up and/or operate hand and machine tools, welding equipment.
* Assemble parts and structures by lining up and joining them by welding, bolting or riveting
Skills & Experience
* Safety conscious
* Positive attitude towards work, displaying initiative
* A strong interest in learning new skills
* Valid SA Driver's licence
* Completed Pre-Apprenticeship course or relevant industry experience highly desirable
