Paid parental leave Flexible work arrangements Salary packaging What You’ll Do: Lead & Inspire: oversee the delivery of high-quality, industry-standard training programs, ensuring an exceptional learning experience. Team Leadership: mentor and guide the Commercial Trainers and Assessors, ensuring consistency and high performance. Operational Excellence: manage training schedules, provide feedback, and ensure smooth daily operations for the Commercial Training division. Collaboration: work with Marketing to promote training programs and cultivate strong relationships with clients to expand business reach. Continuous Improvement: assess training effectiveness, refine content, and keep programs aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Budget & Compliance: oversee the training budget, manage third-party agreements, and ensure all training resources meet VET and RTO standards. Drive Growth: cultivate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with current clients to grow training programs. Lead by Example: uphold SLSQ values, creating a positive and productive work environment for your team. About You: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Working with Children’s Blue Card or the ability to obtain one. Proven experience delivering nationally recognized commercial training. Strong understanding of RTO standards and VET regulations. Strong understanding of First Aid, CPR, emergency care procedures, and aquatic rescue courses, or the ability to acquire this knowledge promptly. Flexibility for ad hoc weekend training schedules organised in advance. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership skills. A high level of oral and written communication skills, together with highly developed networking, negotiation and consultation skills. Ability to work with limited supervision and drive own results that contribute to growth/ongoing goals.
