Advatek Lighting is a global business, mainly focussed on export to international markets. With a small but expanding team, our employee presence spans across Australia, North America, and Europe. As we grow, we’re seeking an experienced and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our international marketing efforts, build brand equity, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the marketing strategy and execution to accelerate Advatek’s growth.
You will oversee digital marketing, brand management, content creation, and global industry events, ensuring our presence remains strong across all channels. Your will be accountable for increasing brand visibility and generating leads, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to attract, engage, and retain customers.
* Lead SEO/SEM efforts and optimize Advatek’s digital presence for high engagement and conversion.
* Oversee website development and maintenance, ensuring an intuitive and high-performing user experience.
* Implement and manage marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) flows to drive engagement.
* Define customer segments and develop targeted marketing flows to personalize communication and increase conversions.
* Plan and manage global industry events, ensuring a strong brand presence and lead generation.
* Produce high-quality content in collaboration with the Product Management team for web, email, and social media.
* Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, including dealer websites and digital marketing assets.
* Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
* Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs, providing insights to drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: Minimum 10+ years in marketing with a strong hands-on approach, preferably in a B2B environment.
* Proven track record in digital marketing, brand management, and lead generation.
* Expertise with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics).
* Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
* Experience managing global industry events and executing digital campaigns.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Hands-on experience with creative tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite.
* An aptitude for technology to support developing an understanding of our products over time.
