We are a leading MSP that has over 10 years of experience; and we’re looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with understanding of Microsoft 365 and Windows.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?As a Level 3 IT Engineer, you will need to effectively complete complex tickets efficiently whilst communicating and collaborating with the respective team. You will also be working on projects with a team on a client’s site so communication is vital for this role.You’ll need to apply your skills in Azure, Networks, Microsoft 365, Windows, MSP, RMM, supporting a diverse range of clients across multiple industries.
