Job Purpose
To coordinate the execution of discrete work scopes in order to meet agreed execution schedule.
Job Description
Ensure allocated workshop services orders are delivered in accordance with schedule, budget and Project requirements as per the guidance of Customer Services team
Supervise review and expedite workshop deliverables
Ensure the agreed plan is followed and agreed deadlines are met for internal clients
Provide reporting as and when required
Ensure work scopes are delivered as per TechnipFMC BPMS
Ensure work scopes are carried out in line with TechnipFMC HSES requirements
You are meant for this job if:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related subject is preferred
2‐3 Years of experience in planning role within a workshop environment
Experience preferably in oilfield equipment maintenance activities
Previous experience of planning and execution a workshop environment
SAP skills (maintenance, purchasing and inventory modules) - Preferable
Basic understanding of budget management
Knowledge of SPS equipment is preferred
