About this role:
We are currently seeking experienced disability support workers to assist one of of our clients based in Coomera on the Gold Coast.
The client is female lives with her young children and requires support for personal care, hydrotherapy, community access, transport & meal preparation.
A variety of shifts are available Monday to Saturday in the morning, afternoon & evening.
Due to the personal care requirements, this client has a strong female support worker preference.
Role requirements:
* Cert III or IV in Disability, Community, Aged Care Support or Individual Support or equivalent. 2nd year nursing students are also eligible
* Minimum 6 months of recent support worker experience, or 6-8 weeks placement experience for nursing students
* Full Australian drivers license and over 25 years of age in order to be eligible to drive the clients car under insurance
* Current Blue Card (WWC) and happy to work with children
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check/Yellow card
* Current First Aid Certificate & CPR certificate
