What we are looking for: We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious individual to join our team in the construction and maintenance of road and drainage systems.
In this role you will be responsible for executing a range of tasks that ensure safety and functionality of our infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in all activities, contributing to the long-term reliability and resilience of our roads and drainage networks, ensuring they serve the community effectively.

What you'll need for success: Road and Drainage construction experience: Proven experience in roads and drainage maintenance, including skills in concrete work (formwork and finishing), earthworks, pavement placement, pipe laying and trenching Strong attention to detail and Safety standards: A commitment to delivering high-quality, cost-effective results while adhering to safety standards and regulations is crucial.
Teamwork and Problem Solving Skills: Ability to work effectively within a team and under general supervision, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem solving and task completion.
Communication Skills: Strong listening skills with the ability to convey information and the ability to complete timesheets, correspondence and mandatory forms.
Motivation: Ability to self-motivate, contributing as an effective team member and taking initiative in tasks and projects.
