SRG requires the services of an experienced Safety and Training Coordinator at our Whyalla SA operations. This position is DIDO on a 4/3 roster.Key Responsibilities:Providing support to management and employeesEnsuring best practice principles are adhered toRisk assessments and accident investigationsImplementing and monitoring OHS Management SystemsSite based Training and AssessingEnsuring all site training personnel files comply with SRG standardsDeveloping SWP’s and assessments in conjunction with managementDevelopment of site based personnel skillsThe successful applicant will ideally have:Cert IV in Training and AssessingCert IV in Work Health and SafetyMinimum 5 years experience in a similar roleGood communication and organisational skills, with an emphasis on team workA positive attitude towards safety, training & environmentPass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol assessmentHold a current drivers licenceMust have basic computer skillsExperience with Epiroc and Sandvik drill rigsAbout Us:SRG Global is a diversified industrial services company.
