Reporting to the Team Leader, the role of the Residential Home Placement Officer provides customers with proactive, practical and timely support from their initial Blue Care enquiry, through site tours, application and ultimately through to transitioning into a Blue Care Residential Aged Care home.This role will ensure high customer satisfaction and engagement with Blue Care through delivering a Blue Care person-centred and consistent accounts management approach.
