You'll need to: Know how to create and execute hyper-local, entertaining content that connects to the 18-39 and 35-54 demos.Work closely with Sales and Promotions to ensure tactically we are coming up with great ideas to generate listener engagement, sales, and digital opportunities.Lead by example to inspire, motivate, and coach our creative & experienced on-air team.Have excellent presentation and administrative skills with a high attention to detail.Be able and willing to be a team player and jump in where and when needed.Deliver a killer on-air arvo shift on 3 BA.Ensure 3 BA and Power FM remain the number one choice for Ballarat.
