About the Role Reporting to the Sales Manager we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Administrator to join our Marketing team who will play a crucial part in the team’s success. Description Responsibilities will include: Prepare documentation and other requirements for the delivery of export product to customers using our Export Documentation System Send documents to overseas customers in a timely manner Ensure export orders are finalised in the Stock System accurately and efficiently Book container space for export orders on vessels Provide commercial invoices and associated dispatch information to the Finance team for processing on a daily basis Obtain grower codes for packed product where required Perform key business administration tasks related to export services Skills and Experience Genuine commitment to providing high quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders and to maintain confidentiality Ability to meet deadlines without compromising close attention to detail and accuracy Solid customer focus with exceptional verbal and written communication skills Excellent data entry skills and be competent in MS Word, Excel, Outlook Well-developed problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards working in a diverse team Strong work ethic with a focus on results, willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities over time The ability to work with repetitive tasks and the adaptability to change focus when required A willingness to accept and act on constructive feedback so you can be the best you can be in your role If you have the experience required for the role then we want you on our team.
