About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer to shape and drive the future growth of our client.
The CEO will lead a dynamic organisation with a vision to expand into new markets, foster client relationships, and elevate their reputation and brand as a trusted partner in the hospitality sector.
The role will focus on leading growth and operational excellence through close collaboration with the leadership team to support the Business Development, QEHS, HR, and Finance functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the company's long-term vision and strategic direction in collaboration with the Board of Directors.
* Operational Oversight: Ensure effective operational management and standardise processes to optimise efficiency and service quality across all locations.
* Financial Management: Drive profitability, meet revenue targets, and manage budgets. Review financial performance regularly and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve financial goals.

* Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and quality benchmarks. Lead initiatives to maintain and exceed these standards.
* Team Leadership and Development: Attract, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. Mentor and guide Senior Management to enhance performance across the organisation.
* Brand and Market Positioning: Enhance the company's brand presence through effective marketing, public relations, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
* Innovation and Sustainability: Promote innovative practices and sustainable operations within the company, aligning with industry trends and exceeding client expectations. Manage technology platforms to achieve accuracy and compliance of company systems and data.
