About Us: We, Eurotouch Painting Pty Ltd, are a leading painting and decorating company based in Lake Coogee WA.We take pride in delivering premium painting and finishing solutions for residential and commercial properties.With the construction and renovation sector booming in the state, our operations are expanding rapidly.As a result, we are in urgent need of an experienced professional Painter who can perform their work both independently and collaboratively within a team.What we need form you: Responsibilities : · Washing, scraping, sanding and/or smoothing interior and exterior surfaces prior to painting, varnishing or applying other related materials.· Preparing walls and surfaces for painting by washing them down, scraping, filling holes and cracks, and removing old paint.· Installation, repair and maintain all sorts of internal surfaces, walls and ceilings.· Be proficient in various methods of paint application such as brush, roll, spray, etc.· Painting to the highest standard of workmanship - surface preparation skills, as well as mixing and matching.· Apply varnish and other finishes.· Identification, safe handling and appropriate disposal of paints, stains, preparatory and undercoating materials and other hazardous materials.· Erect and use apparatus (ladders and planks) to work safely at various heights.· Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture.· Maintaining cleanliness of the site and painting tools after completion of the task.· Assembling ladders properly to manage risk of falls and increase safety.· Preparing the surrounding area by covering it with cloth or plastic to prevent messes.· Removing fixtures such as doorknobs and light switch covers.Qualifications: · Certificate IV Level qualification is required.· The applicant must have relevant experience.· Good communication skills · Ability to work in a team and autonomously.· Knowledge of WH&S requirements What we Offer: Work Life-balance Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 plus superannuation per annum.
