Our client is based in Cairns and also services remote indigenous communities.
They require a Physio to join their team as either a 100% clinic Physio or a mix of clinic and remote work.

They have established a base clinic in Cairns and see patients from the local community.
When I visited the clinic, it was team meeting day, where time is invested to discuss cases, provide in training (the task is alternated through the team) and generally catch up.
The team dynamic is supportive with a great energy and the culture within the company is genuinely admirable.

The vacancy that I am assisting with exists because of increasing demand from patients.
A little about the role: We have 2 options that can be considered.
The first is that you can be entirely based in the Cairns clinic.
The second is that you can work between the clinic and in community.
The travel to community would require trips on a monthly or bi monthly basis.
New graduates can be supported.
As mentioned, the remote work will be in first nations communities proving therapy using the On Country model of care.
You will continue the excellent service provided to the community.
The personal attributes you will need are: Be open minded, open to learning, be a team player and be resilient.
Skills and Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy.
AHPRA registration National Police Check.
Ability to provide all credentialing documents as requested (including working with children check).
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work well with a team as well as independently.
