This is a multi-disciplined role that requires you to have experience in civil construction, demolition and building services.This role is responsible for but not limited to:Lead and manage internal and external stakeholdersWork with the project manager to prepare RFI, Notices of delay, variations and EOT submissionsProvide weekly project reports to customer and project managerManage staffing resources and processes in a high-pressure environmentDevelop positive relationships with customers, suppliers and subcontractorsManage problems as an individual and a team memberEnsure compliance with contract terms and conditions for the projectEnsure strong commitment to WHS and environmental standardsThis role offers an attractive and competitive salary package and opportunities to apply and develop your skills across dynamic and challenging projects.
This role also offers to plan your week to deliver efficient service to the project assigned to you.About You5+ years experience in a site manager position with proven experience working on 10 Mil+ projects.
You would also have excellent time and people management skills, high attention to detail and a safety focused approach to work.As the successful applicant you will also have:Australian citizen or able to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence security clearance (DCAC), National Police Clearance (NPC) and DCSIAbility to pass fitness for work, drug and alcohol assessmentsConstruction White Card and Current driver's licenseA Senior first aid training certificateEfficiency using MS Project, MS Office Suite and other project management programs.Experience using Procore and Pronto (desirable, not essential)Willingness to travel to regional sites when required, LAFHA (living away from home allowance) providedAbout McMahon ServicesYou'll be working with one of Australia's largest privately-owned construction, industrial and environmental services organisations.
