We work as One Fleetwood across our group of companies, including Building Solutions, Community Solutions and RV Solutions.About the role:Due to an increasing pipeline of work, an experienced Contracts Administrator is required to join our team as a key commercial support member in the delivery of a range of specialised modular construction projects. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contract administration including contract preparation, negotiation, execution and monitoring. You will work closely with our project managers and commercial team to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and deadlines.This 12-month role will be based out of our Crestmead office and is an exciting opportunity for someone who is experienced in contract administration across multiple projects varying in size and complexity. You will work in a collaborative environment with opportunities to develop skills with a market leader in modular construction.The key responsibilities of the role are:Responsible for project head contract and subcontract management (progress claims, payment schedules, variations, contract deliverables, issuing contract notices, EOT, Latent Conditions, training plans).Invoicing and progress claims in accordance with project bank account requirements.Assist the Construction and Project Managers to monitor project timelines and review the performance of individual projects against deliverables.Assist with internal cost control and forecasting and ensure job budgets align with customer orders, highlighting discrepancies.Coordinate and administer all project start up items such as insurances, building approval plans, council permits, dilapidation reports, establishment of project bank accounts.Coordinate and compile handover documentation and manuals, and drive the certification and handover process.Monitor and update registers in a timely and accurate manner (variation registers, EOT’s, RFI’s, SI’s, Contract Registers, etc).Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all program/project stakeholders, internal and external.Assist in the review and development of contract management systems and administrative procedures.Subcontract administration.About you:The ideal candidate will be commercially minded with an eye for detail, they will have a strong ability to build both internal and external relationships and possess fantastic communication skills. We are looking for someone who is looking to develop their career in the commercial space with a fast-growing innovative company.To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:Minimum 3 years’ experience in a contract administration role, in the commercial construction or manufacturing sector, with demonstrated ability to oversee the management of multiple projects at varying stages through to successful completion within time and budget.Specific experience required in administering AS4300, managing project bank accounts and training plans.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Time management skills with an ability to work under pressure and plan and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.Advanced clerical and administrative skills including sound analytical skills and accurate record keeping.Intermediate computer literacy including Microsoft suite of programs.
