We are seeking a IT Support Engineer to bridge customer requirements with software solutions. You will provide technical expertise, optimize software usage, support implementations, and collaborate with development teams in an agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.Provide technical support, software testing, and customer training.Assist in technical sales, tendering, and solution development.Create technical documentation and ensure seamless data integration.Work closely with product teams to deliver and implement solutions.Support project phases from design to execution using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall.Qualifications & SkillsDegree in Electrical/Software Engineering, IT, or related field.5+ years of experience (preferably in the energy industry).Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, C#, and software configuration.Familiarity with SQL queries, Python, data modeling, and analytics is a plus.Strong communication and customer relationship skills.Experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and tools like JIRA, MS Project.Ready to set off on an incredible career adventure?
