Our Head Office is based in Wagga Wagga but we are located throughout the Riverina Murray region.About the OpportunityWe have an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our Supported Living team in a part time position. This role operates for 31.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 10:00am – 5pm and Friday 10:00am – 4pm. As an Administration Assistant, you’ll work as part of a small team, providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of day to day business. Your responsibilities will include:Provide a friendly and professional front desk experience as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and employees of Kurrajong Supported Living.Update and maintain a developed data base of files including personal, medical and other information as required.Perform various administration duties relating to accounts and cash such as balancing and recouping petty cash and organising the payment and issuing of invoices.Importantly, you must demonstrate a real passion to make a positive difference for people living with disability.What’s in it for you?At Kurrajong, our goal is to be the best disability services provider – both for clients and our staff.
