IPA have several Administration Assistant roles to fill across Bundaberg, Full Time and Part Time.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Effectively monitor and manage internal and external correspondence, incoming and outgoing telephone calls and ensure responses are provided within required time frames.
2. Willingness to work within a fast-paced environment.
3. Data entry.
4. Demonstrate professionalism and be a positive contributor to a great team and culture while being prepared to perform recurring work.
5. Ensure high standards and accuracy when compiling documents and reports or updating records and information systems.
6. Keeping records up to date.
7. Effectively undertake general administration functions as required.
8. Creating and updating spreadsheets and registers.
9. Work order management.
10. Reception duties and client assistance.
11. Document preparation.
Skills and Experience:
12. Written and verbal communication skills.
13. Be well presented.
14. Mature attitude to work within the team as a team player.
15. Good office administration skills.
16. Positive attitude and have great time management skills.
