This is a highly practical and proactive position, with the primary objective of preventing work-related illnesses and injuries. Success in this role requires exceptional engagement and influencing skills, as it involves working collaboratively across all levels of the organisation. In the absence of a SHE Manager, the SHE Advisor will act as the site’s designated competent person, assuming responsibility for maintaining compliance and promoting best practices.
