About The Role
As a key partner in our sales teams, you will successfully achieve budgeted sales volumes, profit, and Market Share as per agreed targets in assigned portfolios and deliver profitable targets to Riviana and customer.
You will develop strong and effective external relationships with Retailers including Promotions Managers, Buyers, and Category Managers and build a strong business relationship with each relevant internal department (NPD / Marketing / Finance) to optimise the Business Plans for your customer.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide promotional tracking analysis and report this to the National Sales Manager
* Responsible for sales forecasting and accuracy by SKU, by week
* Liaise with Marketing Team to ensure all Marketing activities are leveraged within Woolworths and that Promotions are integrated to maximise opportunity for success
* Co-ordinate and develop the Promotional Plans for portfolio's under NAM's control within deadlines
* Work very closely with demand/supply teams internally & externally to ensure forecast is aligned & inputted within internal lead times.
About You
You have an entrepreneurial mind-set, underpinned by a robust commercial acumen and solid negotiation skills.
You thrive in a dynamic team environment and are adept at building quality relationships both internally and externally.

With an analytical mind, you think strategically and are solutions orientated.
You will also have:
* Prior Woolworths and/or Coles Account Management experience;
* 1-2 years' experience as National Account Manager or similar with an FMCG business;
* In depth understanding of Woolworths and/or Coles business and can apply this knowledge to account specific activities and tasks;
* Understanding of the Australian retail market and can apply this knowledge to account specific activities and tasks;
* Proven experience in managing full P&L; delivering results against budget & forecast in Volume, NSV, GP and Trade Spend.
Ideally you will be degree qualified in Business / Marketing related discipline.
