About the Role As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organising, directing, and coordinating the sales and marketing activities of the business. Working closely with the General Manager, your focus will be optimising marketing strategies, refining sales processes, and exploring new market opportunities to fuel continued business growth. A significant part of the role involves managing and maximising the use of the company's CRM system, analysing pricing models, product performance, and lead generation tactics to drive profitability and market share. Experience with strategic marketing is essential to ensure alignment with the company's long-term objectives. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the sales process, ensuring a clearly defined customer journey and successful execution from lead generation to conversion. Manage and optimise the marketing budget, ensuring expenditure is aligned with quality lead generation and conversion into sales. Collaborate with the General Manager to develop new product offerings, set sales targets, and establish budgets for these initiatives. Strengthen and expand the company's digital presence, ensuring that online marketing efforts align with the business's strategic direction and goals. Continuously analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and sales data to inform decisions that will enhance the overall performance of sales and marketing operations. Skills and Qualifications Strong background in sales and marketing across various product categories. Demonstrated success in managing internal sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture. Expertise in digital marketing, with the ability to showcase successful ROI on marketing spend. Experience in strategic marketing is essential, ensuring marketing efforts align with broader business goals.
