Position Title: Leisure, Lifestyle & Social Support Coordinator

Role Description
As our Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator, you'll be responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering a variety of Leisure & Lifestyle interests and social activities tailored to the needs and preferences of our residents within the Residential Aged Care Units & Community Social Support Group. You'll work closely with residents and staff to promote wellbeing, inclusion, and fun!
About you
* Relevant Qualifications and / or experience in the Community Services sector and/ or experience in working with older adults and / or people with a disability.
* Demonstrated ability to coordinate staff and volunteers.
* Experience in the development, coordination and evaluation of group programs and activities.
