Must have (or have the ability to obtain) a Baseline Clearance.Location:Canberra (ACT).Hybrid within Canberra.As a member of the Design Services enabling team, you will collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams, including product owners, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure that our services are user-centric, efficient, and scalable.Key duties and responsibilities:Conduct analysis and research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.Develop service blueprints, backbones, journey maps, and personas to visualize and communicate service design concepts.Collaborate with Product Management and technical staff to refine scope and backlogs and ensure alignment with service design artifacts.Collaborate with delivery teams to integrate service design principles into the development process.Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with stakeholders to ideate and prototype service solutions.Continuously iterate on service designs based on emerging requirements, user feedback, and data-driven insights.Ensure appropriate quality assurance of service design artifacts, including engaging with and contributing to the Design Reference Group.Business situation analysis: Level 5 (SFIA)Requirements definition and management.Stakeholder relationship management: Level 5 (SFIA)Strategic planning: Level 5 (SFIA)The extent to which the proposed fees represent value for money to the department.
