This role within our Lifestyles division will involve the a cquistion of new clients, managing the ir e nd to end relationships including following up enquiries, o nboarding and liaising with internal teams to f acilitate a seamless experience for the client. Through comprehensive training and resources, y ou’ll be equipped to ensure a positive client experience by i dentifying the best CPA services to support e ach individual’s unique needs. Responsibilities of the role Client Relations: Conduct meetings to understand and address client needs, develop customised CPA service packages, and manage the intake and funding processes. Business Development: Engage with potential clients and help to shape and evolve our programs and services to align with their needs Relationship Building & Networking: Build relationships with community organisations and referral sources to enhance our reach and better serve our clients' needs.
