Your Role We're looking for a Return to Work Coordinator who is passionate about helping others with care.
As a member of our team, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues.
This is a part time role, 20 hours per week and you can choose if this is over 3-5 days.
This role will be based out of Clayton and Kilsyth with hybrid work options, involving face-to-face requirements at various business locations.
This role is crucial for ensuring effective illness/injury management and supporting the health and well-being of our employees.

Responsibilities Manage the RTW process to ensure injured workers return to pre-injury duties by demonstrating care and ensuring cases are managed in accordance with DuluxGroup values and behaviours and relevant legislative requirements.
Illness / Injury Management: consistently engaging stakeholders, and supporting managers and workers throughout the illness/injury management and return to work process, supporting NZ and Victoria Medical Liaison: Corresponding with doctors, nurse practitioners, specialists, allied health and insurers Return to Work Plans: Developing plans to support workers' gradual return to full roles and health Advice: Providing advice to line managers including fitness for work support Site Visits: Visiting different sites, including B&D Kilsyth, to support workers on gradual return to work plans Travel: Driving to different sites with kilometre reimbursements provided Benefits Enjoy comprehensive, holistic health and well-being support, including our Wellbeing Hub and full EAP support Let us cover the gap for you, employees with private health insurance extras cover can claim up to $1000 out of pocket gap costs annually Give back to the communities in which we live and work, with our "Community Action Day" and other programs Market leading Learning and Development initiatives and genuine career pathways to accelerate your growth 20 weeks paid parental leave (primary carers) and 2 weeks paid partner leave available from the first day you start working with us.
