As a result of company growth, they’re looking for a passionate Payroll Officer to join their team onsite 5 days per week at the Melbourne head office in Clayton. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Weekly export/import of time sheets for the National Payroll of 400 employees through RealTime and ADP Payforce. Process Weekly Payroll end to end including new hires, commissions, leave hours, terminations etc. Completion of weekly payroll reports and pay end processes. Uploading weekly Super files to clearing house facility. Responding to payroll queries from the state operations. To be successful in this role we expect you will have: Minimum 3-5 years payroll experience with volumes of 400 weekly employees. Excel spread sheeting capabilities are essential. Able to work autonomously Understanding the importance of confidentiality and strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Solid verbal and written communication.
