Job Title: Account Travel Manager
Located in Sydney, we are seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Account Travel Manager at a leading travel and events company specialising in Prizewinner Travel, Special Events, and Group Travel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage event databases, registration websites, and delegate communications.
* Coordinate flight changes, room blocks, and transfers.
* Assist with client communications, highlighting key requests and concerns.
* Support event preparation and on-site operations, ensuring smooth delivery.
* Attend client meetings and assist with proposals, quotes, and budgeting.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in Event, Hospitality, or Travel Management.
* Experience with "EventsAIR" and GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is advantageous.
* Advanced skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-level customer service.
The Role:
* Salary range: $70,000 - $75,000 (dependent on experience).
* Full-time Hybrid role with a mixture of working from home and in-office days.
* Travel required (domestic & international), with occasional weekend work and extended hours during events.
