In this role, you'll support our clinicians in delivering exceptional services to our clients, ensuring a positive client experience through a variety of activities that help enhance their journey with us.
You'll also contribute to fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll provide assistance and friendly support throughout their experience, from initial inquiry to invoicing.
You'll be responsible for managing documentation and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
