About the role
Here at RACQ Group we have a rare opportunity to join the Data Analytics division within the Decisioning and Insights team. Reporting to the manager, the Campaign Developer will be responsible for executing data-driven marketing campaigns within a multi-channel environment, using programs such as Adobe Campaign and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This is a fast-paced and exciting role working within an agile team environment with complex data models. The output is impact driven and purpose-led, creating meaningful campaigns and insights to benefit our 1.7 million members. Your duties will include:
1. Gathering, structuring, and analysing internal and external data using a broad range of descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics technologies.
2. Delivering solutions using an agile methodology, characterised by the realisation of incremental value with strong business collaboration.
3. Producing analytic solutions for business units across the group, working in partnership with RACQ business areas to support the business meeting key performance objectives
4. Develop analytic solutions to reduce costs, increase revenue resilience, mitigate business risks, and optimise processes.
5. Demonstrating discipline throughout the various stages and activities undertaken during delivery of business initiatives, including playing an active role in shaping business requirements, prioritisation of work and managing delivery to milestones.
About you
As a Campaign Developer, you will bring onboard a background where your technical expertise and stakeholder engagement go hand in hand. Your strong data engineering skills, especially when working with large and complex data sets will be imperative when producing campaigns and your deliverables. However, your commercial thinking and forming strong business partnerships will be the real key to your success. As a Campaign Developer at RACQ you will bring on board the following:
6. Demonstrated experience in executing data-driven marketing campaigns within a multi-channel environment using Adobe Campaign and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar software)
7. Strong data engineering skills working with large and complex datasets using SQL on AWS Redshift and AWS Athena (or similar platforms)
8. Strong business acumen and data acumen in terms of interpreting findings, presenting insights to a business audience, and exercising sound judgment and decisions from data
9. Highly developed communication skills and business engagement skills.
