The Senior Manager NTSU (National Technical Support Unit) is accountable for the delivery of the NTSU strategy, in line with the Charter and responsible for leading the National Training Group on behalf of the Roadside Assistance Strategic Operations (RASO) Group.
RASO is a group of all the national motoring clubs around Australia e.g., RACV, NRMA, RACQ, RAA.
The position reports into the NRMA and demands a high level of strategic, commercial and people leadership skills, as well as influencing capability, attention to detail and a desire to drive continuous improvement through research and development programs.
Within this context, the Senior Manager NTSU will manage a team of three, foster strong relationships across market-leading vehicle OEMs and other key bodies across the Automotive Industry, with a mandate to ensure that Roadside Patrols and Towing have access to the latest technical information.
What You'll Bring Leadership, ability to coach/mentor and develop, lead multiple insource/outsource teams, manage performance and achieve goals.
Training experience beneficial but not essential.Pragmatic in approach to activity and delivers real-world solutions.Tertiary qualifications in management, business, finance or a related discipline.Resilient by nature and ability to effectively lead through a transformational landscape.Extensive experience in senior management within a customer service environment.Business/commercial acumen combined with highly developed financial and business skills.Exceptional and accurate data analytical skills combined with the ability to think strategically.Excellent interpersonal skills to work with executives, resolve differences and facilitate decision making.A strategic thinker, with high-level communication skills.What's in it for you?
