Lead weekly yield meetings and monthly strategic meetings, ensuring alignment on pricing, market segmentation, and revenue optimization. Manage key sales accounts and groups, ensuring alignment with the overall revenue strategy. Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel is essential, pre-opening experience is preferred. Tertiary qualification in Business, Hospitality or Sales and Marketing. Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills. A proven collaborative leadership style, capable of motivating and developing a high-performing team.
