Key Duties & Responsibilities:
o Engage, coordinate & manage trades during the building/construction process for buildings damaged by insurable events
o Communicate & negotiate with trades to track the progress of jobs
o Liaise between insured parties & insurance companies
o Coordinate access to properties with insured parties
o Dispute / issue resolution as required
o Ensure all work conforms to legislative & contractual OHS requirements
o Ensure all relevant inspections, certificates & documentation are signed off
o Work closely with Estimators & On-Site Supervisors
o Assist in organising contracts, processing quotes & updating variations
o Cost reporting
o Support & assist the administration team when required

o Building Trade / Construction Qualification or relevant experience
o Strong written & verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner
o Excellent time management & organisational skills
o Relationship building skills
o Highly computer literate including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
o Integrity & a positive can-do attitude
o Willingness to learn & start from the ground up in a fast-moving organisation & team
