About the Role We are seeking a dedicated, proactive and experienced work health and safety professional who has previous relevant experience providing high-level health and safety advisory service across a diverse and complex workforce and operational organisation. The Senior Work Health and Safety Advisor is responsible for developing and implementing work health and safety initiatives, strategies, programs and procedures in accordance with relevant policies and legislation and contributes to the promotion of a positive health and safety culture at DFES. The role also involves participating in safety incident investigations and reviews of significant workplace health and safety incidents, identifying opportunities to improve organisational safety, and promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
