Pinnacle People is seeking a Function Coordinator for a role that combines on-site event coordination with office-based administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
On-Site Function Coordination: Oversee the execution of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and to the client's expectations.
Serve as the primary contact during events, addressing client needs and resolving issues in real-time.
Coordinate on-site staff, manage event schedules, and ensure all logistical requirements are met.
Office-Based Administration: Manage event bookings, maintain schedules, and handle general administrative duties.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event preparation and execution.
Client and Team Communication: Act as a liaison between clients and the team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of event requirements.
Provide exceptional customer service, handling client feedback and inquiries professionally.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in event coordination or a related field.
Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work on-site at functions and in an office environment.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A valid driver's licence .
Ability to provide a current police check (completed within past 12 months) or willingness to obtain one.
A positive attitude and professional presentation.
A valid RSA or willing to obtain.
Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
