About the Role:
You will provide strategic and statutory planning advice, review the impact of Government planning policies and housing policy initiatives on the property portfolio. This will include providing technical planning advice to stakeholders, managing consultants, and undertaking planning approvals.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide accurate and timely technical planning advice to internal and external stakeholders, contractors, and consultants.
* Manage consultants and project managers to deliver planning solutions and approvals.
* Assist in the completion of planning studies, reviews, and analysis.
About the Ideal Candidate:
You will have worked in a similar role and possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Strong stakeholder management and ability to work under pressure.
* Knowledge of relevant environmental and planning legislation and processes.
* Tertiary qualifications in urban/regional planning or related discipline.
