About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Associate Nurse Unit Manager to join our dynamic Recovery Unit team. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support to the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) in the day-to-day management of the unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care. You will play a key role in coordinating the unit’s operations, working closely with staff to maintain clinical excellence, while supporting the NUM in the planning and evaluation of care provision. In the absence of the NUM, you will step into a leadership role, ensuring the smooth and effective running of the unit.
As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of clinical practices and provide mentorship to nursing staff, helping to foster a positive and collaborative work environment. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse looking to take the next step in their career, with a chance to further develop leadership skills and make a significant impact on patient outcomes. The position is appointed through a merit-based selection process, and we welcome applications from those who are ready to make a difference in the lives of both patients and colleagues.
