About the role: Day to day in this role you will: provide expert guidance and counsel to employers and government departments on employment law, policy, industrial relations and workplace health and safety; provide practical and timely commercial advice and solutions, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service; advise on workplace investigations for bullying, sexual harassment, victimisation, discrimination complaints and WorkCover matters. Skills/Experience: To be considered for this role you will have: have 4-8 yrs PAE in employment law (or WorkCover) from a well-regarded firm; ideally gained a deep understanding of employment law; the ability to work autonomously; and strong analytical skills and mentoring skills.
