Requirements
* Proven experience working in Japanese kitchens or similar environments.
* Proficiency in knife skills and ability to maintain high-quality presentation standards.
* Availability to work weekends and variable shifts, including daytime hours on a 5-day roster.
* Willingness to commit to at least 12 months of employment and reside within the local area of Margaret River, Dunsborough, Busselton, or surrounding suburbs.
