Do you have a passion for driving brand growth and ready to take up the mantel of National Marketing Manager, leading our national marketing strategy and execution. The Role: Lead & Inspire: Manage a talented team of six, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Craft National Campaigns: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, maximizing brand impact. Strategic Budget Management: Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation. Collaborate & Support: Work closely with our national network of stores, empowering them to achieve their growth objectives. Drive Digital Excellence: Optimise web analytics and AdWords campaigns, delivering measurable results. Fuel Product Growth: Develop clear strategic pathways for all product ranges, driving sales and market share. Manage External Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party agencies, delivering exceptional project outcomes. Analyse & Optimise: Monitor campaign performance, extracting key insights for future strategy development. Elevate Our Brand: Manage all marketing collateral, ensuring consistent and compelling brand messaging. Innovate and implement social media strategy Your Skills & Experience: 5 years in a senior marketing role, demonstrating a proven track record of success. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Expertise in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans within budget and deadlines. Strong understanding of design principles, web design, UX, analytics, and Google AdWords. Proactive, innovative, and forward-thinking approach.
