We serve more than 500,000 people through the efforts of more than 9000 staff and volunteers across more than 20 sites.About the role:As the Manager, Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology, you will provide strategic leadership in the clinical and operational management of Physiotherapy services across acute, subacute, and specialist outpatient clinics. This role also encompasses the professional governance of all Physiotherapists and EPs at Barwon Health, ensuring excellence in patient care and the advancement of the professions.Your key responsibilities will include:Monitoring and allocating resources, including human resources, for Physiotherapy services.Ensuring all aspects of clinical governance, including accountability, skills, and competencies of Physiotherapy and EP staff.Leading the development and mentoring of the Podiatry and Orthotic contracted workforce.Providing career progression opportunities and professional support for team members.This role involves working across various Barwon Health sites, with potential travel to other facilities as needed.About the culture:You will have the opportunity to be part of a highly skilled, professional, and dedicated team who take pride in providing high-quality services.
