A Day in the Life:
As a compassionate and dynamic Enrolled Nurse, you’ll be the pillar of support for patients and residents in hospitals and aged care facilities, assisting the Registered Nurses in delivering high-quality nursing care aligned with resident/patient preferences and best practices, ensuring safety, comfort and well-being.
Your responsibilities include:
* Administering medications
* Monitoring vital signs
* Assisting with treatments and procedures
* Maintaining accurate records
* Identifying and addressing clinical risks
* Collaborating with RNs in resident/patient care
* Contributing to workload distribution for quality care
* Completing care documentation promptly and accurately
* Anticipating and managing changing resident health needs
* Supporting residents/patients and families, working with the Facility Manager

The ideal candidate will have:
* 6 months industry experience (minimum)
* Current Enrolled Nurse APHRA Registration + Diploma of Nursing
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* National Police Clearance (for Hospital work)
* Criminal Clearance Record Screening Card (for Hospital work)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (for aged care/ disability work) *
* NDIS Orientation (for aged care/ disability work)
* Mask Fit (for Hospital work)
* Manual Handling (in-house training provided)
* CPR Certification
* Current Working with Children Check (Sited & Scanned) for hospital work
* Immunisation Evidence for hospital work (Vaccination Certificate): Hepatitis B, MMR (if non-immune), Pertussis (dTpa), Varicella (if non-immune)
* Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations and current Influenza vaccination
