Working alongside the Operations Manager and General Manager, you will be employed to deliver several fit-out and refurbishment projects across Canberra ranging between $500K to $25M. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all elements of the construction process, whilst ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within the Clients allocated budget. Duties. Deliver projects in accordance with building specifications and standards Engage with senior management, clients, and stakeholders Create and manage the project feasibility Manage invoices and claims Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar Ability to organise, communicate, and display good time management skills Proven experience in delivering projects valued above $10M Capable of building strong work relationships with external clients, stakeholders Culture.
