Pinnacle Group seeks a Night Shift Catering Assistant to support catering operations in our staff canteen. You will join our onsite Catering Team at Deeside Industrial Estate, CH5.
Responsibilities include assisting with food preparation, serving meals, maintaining kitchen and dining area cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards are met.

This is a Permanent role, 20 hours per week, working Night Shift - Monday to Thursday, 10pm-2am, and Friday, 6pm-10pm.

Main Responsibilities:
* To prepare and maintain food and beverage service areas attractively and hygienically.
* Assist in everyday food preparation and cooking in the kitchen as required.
* Serve all food & drinks to the highest standard using the correct tools and presentation techniques.
* Have a thorough understanding of food and beverage concepts advising customers and identifying opportunities for upselling.
* Under guidance ensure that merchandising at service counters and dining areas has products correctly priced, labelled, and in date.
Main Requirements:
* Transportation is essential due to shift pattern.
* Catering experience is preferred and Level 2 Food Safety is advantageous.
* You must be flexible and able to work in a multi-service team.
* Vending & barista experience is advantageous.
* Knowledge of Basic Food Hygiene, Natasha's Law, Health & Safety, and C.O.S.H.H. compliance.
