You will be responsible for the day to day operation of the store, be very hands on and service focused. Must have knowledge of staff leadership and training, reporting, stock control, install a very high level of service and lead the staff to create a repeat business mentality. You You have at least 2-4 years of management experience in an a la carte dining space You have strong analytic/decision-making skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. You have good oral/written communication skills with exceptional team building capability. You are passionate about providing excellence in execution of quality food, service, safety, cleanliness, and speed standards. You are a dynamic, energetic and positive leader, a self-starter, proactively driven to get things done and does the right thing for the business.
