We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated dentist to join our friendly and experienced team on a full-time basis for a minimum commitment of four years. The role responsibilities: Diagnosing Dental Conditions: Utilizing tools such as radiographs, intraoral photographs, and reviewing medical history forms to identify dental issues. Preventative Care: Delivering comprehensive oral health care, including treatment for gingivitis and periodontitis, providing oral hygiene instructions, dietary advice, and applying topical fluoride. Restorative Treatments: Performing both direct and indirect restorations, including fillings, crowns, inlays, onlays, bridges, veneers, and implants. Oral Surgery: Handling procedures ranging from simple extractions to surgical removal of impacted wisdom teeth. Prosthodontics: Providing full and partial dentures for restoring oral function. Identifying Systemic Diseases: Detecting chronic or systemic conditions with oral symptoms and prescribing appropriate medications. Team Leadership: Managing a comprehensive dental team, including hygienists, oral health therapists, dental assistants, and mentoring newly graduated dentists. To be successful in this role, you should: Have at least 10 years of relevant professional experience. Hold an active AHPRA registration with no conditions or restrictions, along with a valid NSW radiation license. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong connections with patients and team members.
