The Position Plan and deliver engaging social events on site Conduct a variety of group fitness activities and classes for residents Implement and assist in the coordination of company-wide health initiatives Monitor and maintain all sporting, leisure and recreational activities / facilities on site Conduct Health Assessments and Gym Inductions for residents Provide educational seminars as required Ensure communication and reporting processes are followed The Person A Certificate IV in Fitness, Diploma of Sport and Recreation or health related degree is essential Minimum 12 months experience in a similar environment Current first aid and CPR certificates Australian manual driver's licence (preferred) Passion for physical and mental health and fitness Previous experience conducting group fitness activities and classes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in technical aspects of gym and recreation facilities High level focus on engagement with Clients and village residents Events coordination Health promotion background The Benefits You will have the support, infrastructure, systems and processes you would expect from a global organisation.
